Delivery timeframes reflect real-time shipping estimates at the moment of your purchase and are subject to change depending on courier capacity and your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow its journey.

Things you should know:

  • You’ll receive two emails:

    1. One when your order is confirmed

    2. A second when your order leaves our warehouse with tracking details

  • Delivery timeframes start from the next business day after your order is placed.

  • Gift card purchases do not count toward free shipping thresholds.

  • We are currently unable to ship to military addresses in the EU.

  • If your item arrives damaged or hasn’t shown up after the stated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you created a NOMAD account, you can also log in at any time to view your order history, status updates, and estimated delivery windows.

If it’s been longer than your estimated delivery time and your tracking link hasn’t updated, please reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.

If your order hasn't yet been processed, we may be able to change your shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible — we recommend including:

  • Your order number

  • The full, correct shipping address (including postal code)

Once your order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes. In these cases, we suggest contacting the courier directly to request a redirection, if possible.

Yes, we do offer international shipping to selected countries!

Shipping times and fees depend on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout. You may be responsible for local customs or import duties depending on your country’s policies — these are not covered by NOMAD.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A shipping label or delivery note

  • Confirmation from the courier

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund depending on stock and severity.

Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your SafeSip 1.0 Bottle, including:

  • Leaks or cracks caused by a defect.

  • Faulty seals or lids that don’t seal properly.

  • Defects in the filter affecting performance.

 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse: Dropping the bottle, exposure to extreme heat, or using it with hot liquids.

  • Accidental damage: Cracks, dents, or breaks caused by dropping or mishandling the bottle.

  • Cosmetic wear: Scratches, discoloration, or fading from regular use.

  • Improper filter use: Failure to replace the filter as recommended (every 2 months or after 40 gallons of water).

  • Clean your bottle regularly as per the care instructions to avoid any build-up.

  • Replace the filter every 2 months or after 40 gallons of use for optimal performance.

  • Avoid exposing your bottle to extreme temperatures (don’t put it in the microwave, dishwasher, or freezer).

  • If you notice any wear and tear over time, like cracks or leaks, make sure to check the warranty coverage.

If you believe your NOMAD item(s) has a manufacturing defect, follow these simple steps to file a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at hello@nomadshop.co with:

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photos showing the defect clearly (e.g., leaks, cracks, damaged filter,).

    • Your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. We will review your claim, and if it’s covered by the warranty, we’ll send you a replacement bottle or filter at no additional cost. If the shipping address provided is incorrect, an additional fee may apply for address correction.

Note: Please make sure all the requested information is provided. Incomplete claims may be delayed or rejected.

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective product. However, we may ask you to send it back if necessary, and in that case, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
