Millions of people don't have access to sustainable and drinkable water, and for some, it costs a lot of their money over time. That’s where NOMAD comes in. Using a premium filtration system for their products, NOMAD makes sure you get better and cleaner water that helps you stay focused, recover faster, and show up for your goals every day. Hydration stops being a chore and becomes a simple habit that actually sticks, wherever you go.

What makes the NOMAD bottle different?


Filtration is built into the straw, so clean water happens while you drink. A fine prefilter clears particulates, then an electro-adsorptive stage captures contaminants at the submicron level. This system is designed to remove viruses, bacteria, cysts, and filter many trace residues, including pharmaceuticals.

The result is practical: refill fast, keep moving, and rely less on disposable bottles. All this happens instantly, in the straw. Magic right?

Drinking enough water is essential for your health. It helps with energy, focus, digestion, and your overall well-being. But let’s be honest, plain water can get a little boring. That’s where NOMAD® comes in.

Orders & Delivery

Where is my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. This allows you to check its progress in real time.

If you created a NOMAD account, you can also log in at any time to view your order history, status updates, and estimated delivery windows.

If it’s been longer than your estimated delivery time and your tracking link hasn’t updated, please reach out to our support team and we’ll investigate right away.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't yet been processed, we may be able to change your shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible, we recommend including:

  • Your order number
  • The full, correct shipping address (including postal code)

Once your order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes. In these cases, we suggest contacting the courier directly to request a redirection, if possible.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For missing packages or shipments delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact hello@nomadshop.co, and we will assist wherever possible.

If the carrier doesn't reach out or your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A shipping label or delivery note
  • Confirmation from the courier

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on stock, condition, and severity.

Returns & Refunds

How do I start a return?

Unhappy with your items? No Worries!

Start your return here with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect.

How long do refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 7-14 business days via your original payment method.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return specific items from your order, you don’t need to send everything back.

Just make sure:

  • Item must be unopened and in their original packaging

Can I exchange my product?

We currently do not process exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return your original item and place a new order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible, your NOMAD items must be unusedunopened, unwashed, and in the same condition as received and in their original packaging, due to hygiene and safety concerns. See full policy here.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re very sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@nomadshop.co within 7 days of delivery. Attach photos of the damage, the box, and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including:

All payments are processed securely and encrypted. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

Can I use a discount code on my order?

Yes! If you have a discount or promo code, enter it at checkout in the “Discount Code” box before completing your payment. Only one code can be used per order.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order is confirmed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely. NOMAD digital gift cards are available in various denominations and can be used toward any product. They never expire and are delivered instantly via email. Get one here.

My discount code does not work. What should I do?

Here are a few quick things to check:

  • Make sure the code is entered exactly as you received it — watch for typos or extra spaces
  • Double-check that you’re shopping in the right webshop (code and store region must match)
  • Some codes have conditions, like adding multiple items to your cart
  • Influencer or special promo codes may expire shortly after they’re shared

When will I get my discount code?

How do I reset or update my password?

How do I delete my NOMAD® account

If you wish to delete your account, please email us at hello@nomadshop.co. For security reasons, we may ask for verification before completing your request. Once deleted, your order history and saved info will be permanently removed.

Do I need an account to shop at NOMAD®?

No account? No problem! At NOMAD®, you can shop without registering or logging in. Just add your favourites to your cart and check out, simple as that.

Is the NOMAD Bottles dishwasher safe?

Washing the stainless steel body by hand is often preferable for an optimal result, as this avoids scratches and better preserves the shine.

In order to preserve its operation and integrity, we advise against putting the AtomX™ filter, straw or cap in the dishwasher.

How do I assemble the SafeSip Bottle?

Assembling your NOMAD SafeSip™ Bottle is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Rinse all parts with lukewarm water and mild dish soap before first use. Because the bottle filter is new, let the filter sit under water for 60 seconds to activate it.
  2. Insert the straw into the mouthpiece until it sits fully in place. (if it's not already installed) Make sure the tip points downward into the bottle
  3. Install the SafeSip™ filter at the bottom end of the straw (the filter with the “+” cross goes at the very bottom) and push until it feels snug
  4. Attach the mouthpiece/lid (with the straw + filter already inside) to the bottle body and tighten securely
  5. You’re ready to sip. Enjoy pristine water from a brilliant bottle! Experiencing a smoothy-like sensation is common at first. This shows the filter is functioning on its initial use.
Is the SafeSip Bottle insulated

Yes! The SafeSip™ is double-walled and vacuum-insulated. It keeps liquids cold for up to 24 hours, perfect for hot days, hiking, or travel.

Are NOMAD® products BPA-free?

Yes, all NOMAD bottles and filters are 100% BPA-free and made from certified food-grade materials.

How can I take care of my NOMAD Bottle to keep it in good condition?

To make sure your NOMAD Bottle lasts and stays under warranty:

  • Clean your bottle regularly as per the care instructions to avoid any build-up.
  • Replace the filter every 2 months or after 40 gallons of use for optimal performance.
  • Avoid exposing your bottle to extreme temperatures (don’t put it in the microwave or dishwasher).
  • Do not fill the bottle and then freeze the contents; this may damage the bottle.
  • Do not use steel wire scrubbers, corrosive liquid, or harsh cleaning products to clean the bottle.
  • Prioritizing hand-washing over the dishwasher.
Can I use the bottle without the filter, and how do I prevent leaks if it is upside down

Yes, you can use the bottle without the filter. Just make sure to remove the straw completely.

Why does this matter?


With the straw installed, the lid behaves like a straw system. If the bottle is inverted or jostled, a small amount of water can be pushed toward the mouthpiece and vent. Closing the drinking opening and removing the filtered straw creates the proper seal so water cannot escape when the bottle is upside down.

How often should I replace my Bottle Filter?

Replace your AtomX™ filter every 2 months or after filtering around 151 liters of water whichever comes first. This keeps your hydration consistently clean and effective.

How do I clean my NOMAD Bottle Filter?

Before first use and anytime the filter gets dusty, rinse it briefly under clean running water. Do not use soap, detergents, just a quick rinse and it’s ready to go.

Subscription

When does a subscription start

Your subscription starts the moment you place a subscription order. Your card is charged before each shipment is sent.

What happens if my payment fails

Your renewal will not ship until payment succeeds. Update your payment details and try again. If you are still blocked, contact support at hello@nomadshop.co

How much do I save with the subscription

The renewal plan offers a reduced rate. The exact savings depend on the plan shown at checkout when you select your subscription option.

What is the NOMAD filter renewal plan, and how does it work

It is a subscription that automatically sends replacement AtomX Advanced Filters based on the recharge frequency.

What if the item in my subscription is out of stock

If a filter renewal is out of stock, the shipment can be delayed until it is available. Since your card is charged before shipping, you are only billed when the renewal is ready to ship.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription

You can suspend your subscription. Skip or cancel options may apply starting from the second cycle depending on the plan.

Troubleshooting

Why is my bottle leaking? And how do I know I am using it correctly?

We know leaks are frustrating. But don’t worry, it’s usually easy to fix. Your NOMAD® bottle is designed to be leak-free when used the right way. Here’s how to make sure everything’s working as it should:

When drinking:

  • Always drink upright
    Your bottle works like a straw if you tilt it, water can leak from the mouthpiece or pressure valve.
My straw feels blocked —how do I fix that?

Yes — this can be normal, especially with a brand-new filter. The NOMAD filter is designed to create resistance while it filters, so the first few sips can feel tighter than a regular straw.

What to do (quick fixes):

  1. Take 3–5 stronger sips to prime the filter (this usually opens the flow)
  2. Fill with cold or room-temperature water (very thick liquids can reduce flow)
  3. Remove the straw + filter and re-seat the filter firmly at the bottom (make sure it’s fully pushed in)
  4. Rinse the straw and filter with lukewarm water for a few seconds, then try again

Still blocked?

5. Check for a kinked straw or any debris in the mouthpiece

6. If flow is still not normal after priming + rinsing, replace the filter and contact us for help.
